People want to connect with people. You could have the greatest product in the world, but it’s the people that connect people with products. Take the time to talk about your team. Have an employee spotlight or dedicated a blog posts to describe unique jobs within the company.
Your customers want to know how your company works, and who works for it. Even if they never meet these featured employees, putting a name and face to the company team builds customer rapport and trust. It exhibits your caring for your employees as much as you care for your customers. So be authentic with talking about these featured employees. Don’t be afraid to be unique and have fun. Dependent upon your industry, this is the time to exhibit your company personality (whether professional, fun, innovative, quirky, etc.), the voice of your company should come out when you talk about your employees.
